Section 75
Arrangements for repatriation of workers
: (1) If a worker is left stranded due to non-availability of facilities as per the contract, the concerned licensee shall repatriate such worker.
(2) In the event of war, epidemic, or natural disaster in the country where Nepali workers are present, the Nepalese government will arrange for the return of workers through diplomatic mission or labor assistance.
